As the Stacks ecosystem continues to mature following the implementation of SIP-031, our focus has been on restructuring for maximum efficiency and impact. Today, we are sharing an update on how we are planning to align Stacks’ presence in Asia by more deeply aligning our operations with Stacks Labs.
To date, Stacks Asia has operated with a dedicated, but fairly siloed focus on the Asia markets. However, to truly scale, we are integrating Asia-related effortsdirectly into the core execution environment of Stacks Labs. This is a change that will better allow for integration with key elements of the Stacks Labs marketing and BD teams, enabling a more cohesive global strategy and more efficient allocation of resources.
By aligning Stacks Asia with Stacks Labs, the region becomes a key consideration in Stacks’ global marketing strategy. Rather than operating in a vacuum, our Asia initiatives will now have direct access to the full suite of resources, budget, and technical expertise housed within Labs.
Going forward, Stacks Labs’ marketing team will play a major role guiding the region’s strategy and we have plans to both continue seeking input from a wide array of local throughout Asia. This move will ensure that regional activities are perfectly aligned with the biggest global milestones and marketing efforts of the entire project.
